To have a successful website you have to plan to be successful. This requires a fair amount of business strategy, design strategy analysis and decision making prior to starting with the design implementation.

Our consulting service is very flexible and based entirely on your needs and level. This allows us to help you make many of the necessary decisions required to develop a website that fully supports your requirements. There is no way that a developer can fully understand your needs, goals and desires in a 15 minute phone call or by filling out a simple email form. For a small basic website design it is offered as a free service, a larger site that contains many various elements will require a more in-depth level of exploration and research and will in most cases require a reasonable consulting fee. Whichever you require in the creation of your website we will do everything we can to make sure that before the design process begins we both have a specific direction and expectation of all the criteria required to insure you investment brings you the best possible return. We will spend whatever time it takes to help us and you understand the needs and direction of your campaign.

 Pre-Development Consulting Fees:

Please Note: Most of the Consulting is performed as a means to develop an accurate costing quote for the development of your future website. After the consulting has been completed and you chose to have us be your website developer we will gladly credit back any consulting fees paid to your website account.

The first hour of our consulting service is always free of charge. This will cover most of the smaller websites and customers’ needs. If your site is going to require more detail and will exceed 10 pages total the charge for consulting will bill at $25.00 per hour rounded at 15 minute intervals. We will know enough from the initial contact to determine which category you fit into and will be sure to cover any possible charges that may be required upfront and before we begin. There are NO hidden fees in any of our services ever.
